Broadstone.io is the sister company of TrM Translations, a business translations company that has been successfully operating for twenty years.
The very nature of this business has meant that we have been serving clients, remotely worldwide, long before remote working became the latest trend. Consequently we have a long history of working with freelancers from all over the globe.
Our team of professionals hail from Europe, USA, Canada, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa, and a large number of other countries and regions. Our clients are based in the USA, Canada, Europe, and China.
This geographical diversity sometimes poses challenges related to time zones, cultural differences, exchange rate drifts, differing professional conventions and expectations, sometimes even local vis major situations. However, we have overcome these obstacles and our clients have returned to us regularly for well over a decade.
All freelancer recruitment, quality assurance, process improvement, customer management, and related activities have been successfully implemented remotely.
These remote processes were put to an intense test at the beginning of the COVID lockdown in 2020. As at many other companies, complete remote operation was put in place even for full-time in-house employees. Since then, new employees, interns, and virtual assistants have successfully been recruited and onboarded and completely distributed IT and HR solutions put in place.
Broadstone.io was launched in 2021 with the aim of sharing our expertise and extensive experience in remote operation and virtual assistance with a wider audience. We also offer the added benefits of very competitive pricing and increased flexibility.
Istvan, founder and head of Broadstone.io, has also been running TrM Translations, our sister business. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and another one in Engineering. He served on the Board of the Irish-Hungarian Business Circle for years.
