Gradual alignment with your processes

Process handover relies on adherence to established procedures in order to achieve the same end result as before the outsourcing. However, in many cases crucial details are not written down but instead are passed along orally to new colleagues during their onboarding, and whenever a newbie asks questions, or needs help and clarification.

We use an adaptive approach to the process handover in order to take over, and at the same time document, your processes step by step.

1. You write down your process in as much detail as you can. This is what our initial price proposal will be based on.
2. We start working based on the description, discussing our questions and your feedback as frequently as necessary.
3. We update the process description, discuss it with you, and repeat from step #2.

The assurance of the end result is based on the latest agreed process. If needed, prices are brought in line with the most recent process description in place.
